Accompanying Children
Yayoi Clinic does not have a playroom or waiting room for children to wait during treatment, and since there are machines and dangerous items in the clinic, children's safety is our first priority, so we basically do not allow children to accompany us.
Childcare services are available on specific days for children from one year of age to three years of age.
Notice to Overseas Customers: Regarding Reservation Deposits
To secure your reservation and ensure a smooth experience on the day of your visit, we require a deposit from our overseas customers at the time of booking.
Deposit Amount
If your reservation details are decided: 50% of the total reservation amount
If your reservation details are undecided: 20,000 JPY
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation will be officially confirmed once your deposit payment has been verified.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before your scheduled appointment time.
